Road Sawing & Floor Sawing
Roads, hard-standing surfaces and internal concrete floors all need to be cut cleanly and accurately — often under time pressure, and sometimes with traffic management or live site operations in play. Our road and floor sawing service delivers straight, controlled cuts through asphalt, external carriageways and internal concrete slabs, using the same diamond saw technology to suit whichever surface you’re working on.
How it works
We use self-propelled diamond floor and road saws to cut precise joints and break-lines into road, pavement and internal floor surfaces. Externally, these cuts form expansion and contraction joints, isolate a damaged section of carriageway before it’s dug out and replaced, or mark a clean line ahead of trenching for services and drainage. Internally, the same saws cut control joints into new floor slabs to manage cracking, section damaged bays for repair, or cut clean lines ahead of removing part of a floor for access or new service runs. Cuts are made wet to control dust and keep the diamond blade running cool, giving a sharp, straight edge every time.
