Diamond Wire Sawing for Reinforced Concrete

Some structures are too large, too heavily reinforced, or too awkwardly shaped for a disc-based saw to handle. That’s where diamond wire sawing comes in — a technique that isn’t limited by blade diameter, so we can cut through mass concrete of virtually any depth.

How it works

We thread a diamond-beaded wire through a series of pre-drilled access holes around or through the structure, then run it through a pulley system that keeps it under tension as it’s pulled through the material. Because the cut size is limited by the length of the wire loop rather than a fixed blade size, we can section huge or complex structures cleanly, working from inside or outside, and in confined spaces where other methods can’t get access.
